At Giggs, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Changing your mind after purchase

  • Preference for a different color or style

  • Accidental orders

Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will work with our production partner to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner to investigate and determine the best resolution.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
